Please note that our products are not intended as a substitute for professional preservation, but as a means in assisting in the personal preservation of pictures and memories.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything possible to insure that your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one. If your order is damaged in any way or you are unsatisfied with the product you received, please contact us immediately. We handle each case on an individual basis. However, please note that returned items must be in original packaging, unopened and unused. We are happy to replace damaged product with new of the same, give store credit, or make a refund.

Shipping Policy

Smile And Scrap will always attempt to ship your products using the most efficient and quickest method available. Products shipped using the Standard method will be sent from our facility within 48 hours, and may take up to 8 business days for delivery. Average delivery time for standard shipping is approximately 4 business days. Two-day and Express methods will be shipped same-day when the order is received by Noon PST (on a business day) and when these options are made available. Orders for these options received after noon PST will be shipped from our facility the next business day.

Personal Information

At Smile and Scrap integrity is top priority. You can be assured that any information you give us will remain solely with Smile and Scrap. We do not sell or distribute personal information in any manner.

Security

We have our servers protected behind a firewall designed to limit access to your private information. We also immediately delete credit card information from our computer upon completion of an order.

If you dispute any charges we apply to your credit card, please contact us directly FIRST before contacting your credit card company.
